Through fun practical termly workshops the Raising Resilience Team have helped our pupils to learn how to ‘bounce back’ when things get tough. This is an invaluable ongoing resource in terms of contributing to the everyday well-being of our pupils both at school and at home.”

Each workshop is tailor made, ensuring that our girls and their parents benefit whole-heartedly from the experience. Our staff have enjoyed inset and our parents have reported positively on the parental workshops stating that they have learned how best to talk to their daughters.
