This engaging and uplifting workshop introduces children to what Mindfulness actually is, how it can help and how to practice Mindfulness every day, so they can manage big feelings, stay connected to what's important to them and to enjoy the moment.
Having the ability to recognise feelings is a fundamental skill in building emotional resilience in children. This workshop teaches children about their emotions to help them ride and calm typical human emotions that happen on a daily basis.
This fun, engaging workshop introduces children to simple brain science to help them understand what happens when we experience big feelings and teaches them crucial early resiliency skills to calm the "downstairs brain" to bounce back!
