We would recommend that your child's school is the first place to seek help if you are worried about your child as they know your child well and also know what local support is available. There are many people in your child's school who can help including your class teacher, the Special Needs Coordinator (SENCo), Head of Pastoral Care, School Counsellor, and School Nurse
GP - first port of call for referral onto other services or if you are concerned about very low mood, self-harming or restricted eating in your child.
Health Visitor or Childrens Centre - if you have very young children.
Paediatrician - child development concerns.
